Metadata Pane
The Metadata Pane allows you to view and manage your document's metadata: field information, tags, links, versions and digital signatures assigned to a document. Each type of metadata has its own tab where you can make changes to the information. (Note that, if you change the template or fields associated with a document you may lose previous field data.)
Note: The Signatures tab will only be visible if your Laserfiche Server is licensed for digital signatures.
Note: If you view the Metadata Pane from within the Preview Pane in the Folder Browser, the pane will be read-only. It is editable when opened from the Document Viewer, or when opened independently as the Metadata dialog box.
