Viewing Document Copies Offline
Laserfiche Mobile lets you save copies of documents to your local device for offline viewing. This lets users view important documents when they are not connected to cellular service or Wi-Fi.
Example: Chris is flying to Seattle for a business trip. He needs to make use of his travel time and review some case files while on the plane. While he has Wi-Fi in the airport, he selects the documents he needs to read and saves copies of them offline. When he gets on the plane, he can read through each case file without being connected to a cellular service or Wi-Fi.
Note: You will only be able to save offline copies of electronic documents (not Laserfiche imaged documents) if you are using a Laserfiche Mobile Server earlier than 9.2.1.
Note: Saving copies of documents offline does not remove them from your repository. These copies are read-only.
