Printing All Documents in a Folder

You can print all the documents in a folder. This allows you to quickly use the same printer settings to print the entire contents of a particular folder rather than printing each document individually.

To print all the documents in a folder

1. From the Folder Browser, select the folders whose contents you want to print.
2. From the File menu, click Print, or click (Print) from the toolbar.
3. From the Print what drop-down, select what will be printed from the documents.
4. Verify the printer and settings, and click OK to begin printing.
