Workflow Designer Licensing

• This component does not require a license. You may install the Workflow Designer on as many computers as you like.

Workflow Server Licensing

• If you are using a Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio Server, you do not need a license for the Workflow Server. If you are using a Team or United Laserfiche Server, you will need a Workflow Server license that matches the serial in the Laserfiche Server license. One Workflow license allows for one Workflow Server installation.

Laserfiche Licensing Policy

• Workflow 9.0 does not require, or use, a Laserfiche user license to run a workflow.

Defining a Workflow License

• If you are using a Team or United Laserfiche Server and need to define a license for Workflow, you will be prompted to do so when adding a repository for Workflow to monitor under Monitored Repositories in the Workflow Configuration Manager. More information.
