Reason

This property box enables you to define a workflow ending reason associated with the End Workflow activity. This will help you determine why a workflow instance was ended using the Search Results Pane.

To configure Termination Reason

  1. Add the End Workflow activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
  2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
  3. Under Reason in the Properties Pane, enter a reason.
