You can customize certain aspects of the Workflow Subscriber Tray.

To configure how long data is stored

  1. Point to Report Keep Time under Logging in the menu bar.
  2. Select the amount of time Workflow Subscriber Tray data should be stored.

To configure the tray's update speed

  1. Point to Update Speed under View in the menu bar.
  2. Select how often the Workflow Subscriber Tray will automatically check for new data.

    Tip: To manually refresh data, select Refresh Now under View in the menu bar.
