Searching
To quickly search for documents and/or folders:
- Use the Search entries in RepositoryName basic search at the top of the home page to perform a general text, entry name, field, and/or annotation text search. To select the search type(s), click Search options.
- Use the quick search located at the bottom of the page by entering your search term in the Find field and clicking Search. If you know the specific location of the entry, type it in the Location field and click Go. This quick search is easily accessible at the bottom of every page.
Advanced Search
The Advanced Search enables you to perform specific searches to help limit your search results. With the advanced search you can search by:
- Creation/modification date
- Template
- Electronic file extension
- Entry name
- Tags
- Documents or folders
You can also perform a basic search as well as save searches for later retrieval.
To perform an advanced search
- Click Advanced Search at the bottom of the page.
- Specify search criteria by entering the information you want to look for into the search categories, and click Run Search.

To save a search for later retrieval
- Select the Save this search check box, enter a name for the saved search, and click Run Search. These saved searches can be accessed on any page at the bottom under the Searches drop-down menu.
