Business processes are created in Laserfiche Workflow and can automatically route entries, sync with databases, send emails, apply metadata, and much more. Business processes can be manually started in Laserfiche Mobile and will record information about their progress, who interacted with entries in the process, and what needs to happen next.

To start a business process on one or more entries
Note: Business processes that cannot be run on the selected entries or that you do not have the rights to run on the selected entries will be grayed out.
To make a business process a favorite
If you run a particular business process frequently, you may want to mark it as a favorite. Your favorite business processes will appear at the top of the list of business processes and will have a next to them.
Tip: You can add a business process to your favorites even if it is grayed out.
