Minimum System Requirements for the Laserfiche Mobile Server

If image processing is enabled, it is recommended that the Laserfiche Mobile Server be installed on a machine with a minimum of two cores and should not be installed on the machine that also hosts the Laserfiche Server or database.

The Laserfiche 10.2 app supports English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese simplified and Chinese Traditional.

• CPU: Dual-core processor
• Memory: 2 GB RAM

• Windows 7
• Windows 8
• Windows 8.1
• Windows 10
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2008 R2
• Windows Server 2012
• Windows Server 2012 R2

System Requirements for Windows Store App (Desktop)

• Windows 8.1 and 10
• Recommended 2 GB memory
• Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Scanner (feeder or flatbed)
• Laserfiche 10.2 App

Laserfiche Components

You must have one of the following editions of the Laserfiche Server:

• Laserfiche Rio 8.3 or later
• Laserfiche Avante 8.3 or later

In addition, you must have one of the following web products:

• Laserfiche Forms 9.2 or later
• Laserfiche Web Access 8.3 or later
• Laserfiche web client 10.2 or later
