The E-mail section under Export in the Settings dialog box allows you to configure options for exporting e-mails.
Note: Sending documents by e-mail is a licensed feature, and will not be available if your Laserfiche Server is not licensed for it.
Warn when attachments are greater than __ KB: A warning message will appear when attachments reach a predefined size.
Combine attachments into one Zip file by default: If the attachments will be listed separately or as a single Zip file. A Zip file compresses all files that are contained in it, reducing the total file size of your attachments.
Note: You will still have the option to send files as individual attachments or as URLs when you create an e-mail, regardless of this setting.
Default e-mail message: Configure a default e-mail message that will be displayed when a user e-mails a document. Users can modify this message when sending the e-mail.
Default e-mail footer: Configure a default e-mail footer that will be displayed when a user e-mails a document.
Note: The tokens that can be used in the default e-mail and footer messages are %(UserName), %(Date), %(DateTime), and %(Time).
