Document Viewer General

The General section under Document Viewer in the Settings dialog box allows you to configure the default zoom level for the Document Viewer. It also determines whether new annotations automatically link between the image and the text.

Zoom to: Specifies the default zoom level of images in the Document Viewer.

Changing pages: Specifies the zoom behavior when changing pages in the Document Viewer.

Automatically link new annotations created on the image to the corresponding portion of the text (and vice versa)

• Selected: Adding a highlight, redaction, strikethrough, or underline annotation to the image will automatically apply the annotation to the corresponding text and vice versa.
• Cleared: Adding a highlight, redaction, strikethrough, or underline annotation to the image will only apply to the image, and adding an annotation to the text will only apply to the text.

Default annotation style

• Normal: Annotations are visible to and can be modified by all users who have the proper access rights.
• Private: Annotations are only visible by their creator.
• Protected: Annotations can only be modified by their creator and the document owner.
